For our Marketing Team located in Miami we are looking for a

Marketing Manager, Domestic Markets Latin America

Role Purpose: The Marketing Manager is a talented and critical new asset to the Latin American Team. This unique role provides overall support and balance to Domestic Markets in Latin America, ensuring that global concepts and guidelines are implemented throughout the region. The Marketing manager will have a unique opportunity to contribute to and execute on various key elements of La Prairie’s strategic high-touch communications through implementing a digital strategy in the region, as well as improving the digital image in Latin America. This role will also contribute to new product launches, special projects, and training events, all while maintaining La Prairie’s consistent brand image and ensuring that La Prairie remains the most aspirational and luxurious skincare brand in the world.

PRIMARY DUTIES & KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Marketing & Branding
Maintains a coherent Brand image in the Region:
Shares with all teams and partners relevant marketing and communication materials from Global/Regional Marketing.
Ensures all marketing initiatives in the region follow the brand standards and guidelines.
Supports and guides markets in the development of comprehensive Activity Plans. Monitors the timely and correct execution of Market Activity Plan agreed with each Distributor.
Creates a Monthly Report covering all Marketing initiatives of the region.
Ensures new product launches are done on time following WW OCD as much as possible.
Follows digital and PR efforts at regional level:
Supports markets in implementation of Brand’s Social Media strategy.
Identifies social media opportunities relevant for the Brand.
Helps markets with PR / brand influencers’ initiatives to further strengthen the brand awareness.
Merchandising: Help with communication between Distributors and Merchandising team. Ensure local execution is as per brand’s
guidelines and design. Supports with providing visuals’ guidelines, translations and artworks.
Supports Brand Managers with forecasts of launches and collateral (Gallery orders).
Assists distributors with every-day Marketing issues.
Helps in the creation of Presentations for Regional Events.

Events
Oversees the event execution of Distributor Meeting, BA Seminar, TTT Spanish (x 2): responsible for full life cycle of events from
concept to execution; ensure effective brand focus and event flow.
Manages and tracks event budget.
Supports Distributor markets in the execution of local brand events throughout the event life cycle to ensure they are done within
the Brand’s standards and guidelines. Provides such guidelines, as per global / regional indications.
Coordinates Latam participation in Global events (GMM, PR events…)

Administrative Responsibilities
Manages orders of material from HQ for the Miami office (product, samples, collateral…)
Supervises merchandise in stockroom. Keeps a regular inventory to ensure material is identified and used.
Ships material when needed (FedEx).
QUALIFICATIONS
Knowledge of and passion for the cosmetic and/or luxury business with 7-10 years of experience in beauty or luxury marketing (DM Latam preferred)
Strong planning and organizational skills
Ability to meet tight deadlines and handle multiple assignments
Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment
Diplomatic skills to establish guidelines in a friendly manner
Detail-oriented
Experience digital marketing
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
Excellent command of English and Spanish
